This installation was completed for the 2018 Ohio State University Bachelor of Fine Arts Thesis Exhibition. The work spans 9’ X 18’ and is comprised of over 70 separate pieces of paper collaged into the wall and held by map tacks. The work was not pieced together in its entirety until final hanging of the exhibition, making this display the first and only viewing of the work to date. Recreation of the work will vary with each installation as the pieces will be reconfigured to suit new locations, therefore creating an ever-changing completed artwork.

My mission in producing a large scale landscape was to invite visitors to step into my emotional response to the Western landscape. Pictures were encouraged, emulating the millions of scenic vacation photos travelers snap every year in front of scenic views.
